Denis Kimaro Mobile Limited is looking for a meticulous Data Clerk and Warehousing professional to oversee our internal data records and warehouse operations. This role focuses on maintaining high accuracy in inventory documentation, processing receiving and issuing requests, and ensuring that our storage facilities are organized for maximum efficiency. You will be responsible for tracking stock levels and ensuring that all physical inventory matches our digital records.
The successful candidate will ensure proper handling, storage, and issuance of materials while maintaining strict inventory controls. You will also provide administrative support by inputting data into company systems and generating reports to assist with procurement and supply chain management. The role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in an fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business, or relevant field
Experience in warehouse operations or data management
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Excel and data management software
Ability to maintain organized physical and digital records
Understanding of inventory replenishment and control processes
Strong communication skills for inter-departmental coordination
Integrity and commitment to honest business practices
Ability to perform physically demanding warehouse tasks when necessary
Strong work ethic and reliability
