You will play a vital role in safeguarding company data through effective security protocols and regular system maintenance.
In this role, you will also be tasked with user management, software updates, and proactive infrastructure monitoring to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical background, capable of supporting both onsite and remote technical requirements to ensure that our business operations remain efficient, secure, and technologically advanced.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
Proven experience in IT technical support or network administration
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general OS management
Knowledge of data backup and system security best practices
Ability to manage inventory of IT hardware and assets
