CIVIL QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS) – 5 POSITIONS @ DELTA RECRUITMENT
An International Engineering Company is hiring for the position of Civil Quantity Surveyor (QS) to support major road and infrastructure projects in South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial management of large-scale construction sites, focusing on cost control, budgeting, and resource management. This role is perfect for QS professionals with international project experience in the SADC region. The monthly salary offered for this role is USD 3000 to 3500.
The position features a long-term project duration with benefits such as company-provided transportation, food, and housing. The work schedule follows an 8-hour duty shift. Candidates with a strong background in road and highway projects, particularly those funded by international financial institutions, will be prioritized during the shortlisting process.

Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of overall engineering and QS experience.
Must have 3–4 years of experience specifically in road and highway construction.
Knowledge of AFDB or World Bank funding requirements is preferred.
Expertise in material, labor, and machinery cost estimation.
Demonstrated skill in managing and auditing subcontractor costs.
Familiarity with SADC region construction regulations and practices.
Experience in developing and maintaining project budgets.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills for precise measurement.
Excellent communication skills for reporting to project management.
Willingness to relocate for long-term project commitments in South Africa.
