A reputed International Engineering Company is seeking a Civil Planning Engineer for large-scale infrastructure and road developments in South Africa. This role is focused on project planning, scheduling, and resource management for high-priority highway projects. Candidates with experience in AFDB or World Bank-funded initiatives will find this an excellent opportunity to apply their expertise in an international setting. The monthly salary for this position ranges from USD 3000 to 3500.

Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of overall engineering experience.
At least 3–4 years of mandatory experience in highway or road projects.
Prior experience in SADC countries or on internationally funded projects preferred.
Advanced proficiency in planning and scheduling methodologies.
Strong background in cost estimation and budgeting for large projects.
Ability to manage machinery, labor, and material cost tracking.
Experience in managing subcontractors and their associated costs.
Familiarity with international engineering safety and quality standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for site operations.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural engineering team environment.
