SENIOR SCRUM MASTER @ DELONJOBS
DelonJobs is seeking to hire a Senior Scrum Master for a leading insurance company in Lagos, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies for one or more scrum teams building a multi-tenant insurance SaaS platform while also handling other project management responsibilities. This role requires a professional who can navigate complex technical landscapes while ensuring the team remains focused and productive. The annual gross salary for this position is between N10 million and N15 million. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lagos, suitable for candidates with extensive experience in Agile coaching and large-scale SaaS projects. The role demands strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of the insurance industry digital transformation needs.
Key Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 5 years of Scrum Master or Agile coaching experience.
Proven experience working on large-scale SaaS or enterprise-level projects.
Expertise in facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Ability to manage multi-tenant insurance SaaS platforms.
Strong background in project management responsibilities.
Proficiency in removing team impediments and fostering self-organization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Lagos, Nigeria.
