Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
Minimum of 10–15 years progressive experience within the financial sector.
Minimum of 5 years in a CFO or equivalent executive leadership role.
ICAN, ACCA, or CFA certification required.
Strong strategic leadership and problem-solving capability.
Proven experience managing financial operations at executive level.
MBA or advanced degree is an added advantage.
Ability to design and implement complex financial systems and structures.
Experience in driving financial planning and value creation initiatives.
Expertise in overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for a large group.
