The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily property operations, ensuring high occupancy levels through effective tenant relations, and overseeing the entire lifecycle of leases, including renewals and tenant onboarding. This role is central to driving revenue growth and maintaining the company's reputation in the real estate market through professional service delivery and meticulous asset management. In addition to tenant management, the Property Manager will handle financial reporting, rent collection, and budget management. Responsibilities also extend to overseeing maintenance projects, conducting property inspections, and ensuring compliance with all relevant property laws and land processes. The ideal candidate will also support land transactions and conduct property due diligence, contributing to the broader strategic goals of the firm. Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in property management software are essential for success in this role.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of professional experience in property management.
Strong sales, marketing, and negotiation skills to drive property occupancy.
In-depth knowledge of property laws, land processes, and valuation techniques.
Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collection.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and specialized property management systems.
Highly organized and self-driven attitude with minimal supervision.
CPA qualification is considered an added advantage for financial oversight.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective tenant relations.
Ability to conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance repairs.
Strong problem-solving abilities to handle tenant inquiries and dispute resolution.
Proven ability to conduct property due diligence and support land transactions.
