Delinq Group is seeking motivated and energetic Sales Representatives to join our expanding team. The primary focus of this role is to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with clients across diverse sectors. Candidates will be responsible for representing the company's products and services with professionalism and ensuring that sales targets are consistently met. This position is open to individuals residing in or willing to work in various locations, including Tanzania mainland and Zanzibar.
The role offers a competitive compensation package featuring a retainer salary of 350,000 TZS per month, plus an additional commission structure based on sales performance. Key Requirements
Must be a youth under the age of 40 years.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swahili and English.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to close deals.
Willingness to work in various regions across Tanzania mainland and Zanzibar.
High level of self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
