Key Requirements
Extensive experience in retail or multi-branch business management.
Proven track record of developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Demonstrated ability to manage systems and performance in a high-growth environment.
Experience working in high-discipline markets such as India or the UAE.
Ability to lead 'build, fix, and scale' operations rather than just maintaining status quo.
