WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR @ DCSPL
We are seeking a dedicated Workshop Supervisor to join a leading organization in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This international opportunity involves managing a large fleet of vehicles within the tourism and transportation sectors, including Toyota Land Cruisers, Hiluxes, and various commercial vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of mechanics, ensuring efficient workshop operations, and implementing robust preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize fleet performance. The role requires a hands-on professional capable of troubleshooting complex mechanical issues and coordinating repairs effectively for both diesel and petrol engines. The position offers a monthly salary between USD 600 and 700. Key Requirements
Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in Workshop Operations or Fleet Maintenance.
Proven experience in a supervisory role managing mechanics and technicians.
In-depth technical knowledge of both diesel and petrol vehicle systems.
Expertise in fleet maintenance planning and preventive maintenance schedules.
Hands-on troubleshooting skills for mechanical and technical repair coordination.
Experience with Toyota Land Cruiser, Hilux, Coaster, or similar commercial fleets.
Willingness to relocate to Dar es Salaam, Tanzania as an expat.
Background in Automotive, Transport, Logistics, or Mining maintenance.
Ability to oversee large-scale workshop operations efficiently.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
