Key Requirements
4+ years of workshop supervision experience
Mechanical/Automobile Engineering background preferred
Experience in heavy vehicles, construction equipment, industrial machinery, or engineering workshops
Strong leadership and maintenance planning skills
Ability to manage and motivate a team of technicians and support staff
Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in an industrial workshop setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and reporting
A track record of effective inventory management for parts and tools
Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and ensure operational efficiency
