Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Professional certification such as CFA or ACCA is highly preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury or financial risk management within a banking environment
In-depth knowledge of local and international banking regulations
Proficiency in financial modeling and treasury management systems
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex financial data effectively to stakeholders
Proven track record of managing liquidity and funding projects
Demonstrated integrity and commitment to banking excellence
