Key Requirements
Chartered Accountant (CA) or M.Com qualification.
5+ years of extensive experience in accounting and finance.
Proven experience in Accounting Leadership or team management.
In-depth knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory standards.
Strong expertise in financial oversight and internal auditing.
Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
Willingness to relocate to Uganda for the position.
Excellent strategic planning and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage complex financial statements and consolidation.
Strong professional integrity and ethical standards.
