Key Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role, preferably within the IT industry.
Solid experience and in-depth knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and regulations.
Expertise in payroll management and processing using relevant software systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee engagement.
Ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of integrity.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to meet payroll deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and HRIS platforms.
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
Ability to mediate and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
