Day Sparkle Consultancy is currently seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join a client within the construction and building materials industry located in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, overseeing the receipt and dispatch of materials, and ensuring that all stock records are accurately maintained to support project timelines and operational efficiency. The role demands a proactive individual who can handle the physical and administrative aspects of store management.
Responsibilities include conducting regular stock counts, identifying discrepancies, and communicating effectively with the procurement team to prevent shortages. The ideal candidate must be able to maintain a clean and organized storage environment while following strict safety and inventory protocols. Salary: TZS 300,000.

Key Requirements
Female candidate as per client specification.
Diploma in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in storekeeping roles.
Strong organizational skills to manage warehouse layout and stock placement efficiently.
Excellent counting and numerical accuracy for periodic inventory tracking.
Effective communication skills for internal reporting and team coordination.
Proficiency in basic computer applications for digital record-keeping and stock entry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction industry environment.
High level of integrity and attention to detail in tracking assets.
Physical stamina to handle material inspection and movement within the store.
