Day Sparkle Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative on behalf of a reputable client operating within the building materials industry. This role is based in the vibrant city of Dar es Salaam and requires a professional who is capable of driving sales growth and expanding the company's market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their construction needs, and providing expert advice on suitable building materials. The monthly salary for this position is TZS 300,000.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience
Must be 25 years and above
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to start immediately
Prior experience working in the building materials or hardware sector
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
Ability to perform field visits and identify new construction projects
Basic proficiency in computer software for generating sales reports
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to business growth
