Day Sparkle Consultancy is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced School Principal to lead a prestigious Cambridge-curriculum school located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the academic operations, faculty development, and the overall educational environment of the institution. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of a Cambridge school, ensuring that both staff and students excel in their respective academic journeys.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Master’s is an added advantage)
Minimum 5 years of school leadership experience
Strong familiarity with the Cambridge Curriculum
Excellent proficiency in the English language
Proven ability to lead, manage, and inspire teaching staff
Exceptional organizational and strategic planning skills
Ability to handle complex administrative duties within a school environment
Strong interpersonal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
Demonstrated track record of improving academic performance
Competency in modern educational technology and school management software
