Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Procurement & Supply Management or a related field
Minimum of 2+ years of proven managerial experience in procurement
Demonstrable exposure to and understanding of the hospitality industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Proven ability to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
Experience with vendor performance management and contract administration
Proficiency in procurement software or ERP systems is highly desirable
Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic purchasing decisions
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
