The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance team environment and ensuring exceptional service delivery.We are specifically looking for a seasoned hospitality professional boasting a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in food and beverage management, specifically within the hotel industry. This is a significant opportunity for a Tanzania-based hospitality leader who is prepared to take on a challenging and rewarding role in one of Tanzania's most vibrant tourism destinations. The role is open to Tanzania locals only.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as an F&B Manager for a minimum of 3 years
Demonstrable experience within the hotel industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to elevate guest experiences through exceptional service
Proficiency in driving operational excellence and efficiency
Excellent understanding of food and beverage operations, including cost control, inventory, and hygiene standards
Ability to train, mentor, and motivate F&B staff
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English
