Key Requirements
Solid experience in Tanzanian labour laws and legal compliance.
Proven proficiency in payroll management and processing.
Demonstrated experience as an HR Officer or similar role, preferably in the IT sector.
In-depth knowledge of general human resources functions and best practices.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on conflict resolution.
High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS software.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
