Day Sparkle Consultancy is recruiting an experienced and dedicated Gardener (FULL TIME) on behalf of our client for an office located in Dar es Salaam. This role requires an individual who is passionate about gardening and takes pride in maintaining a beautiful and healthy outdoor environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall upkeep of the office garden, ensuring it remains clean, attractive, and well-maintained throughout the year. The position demands a reliable and self-motivated individual who can work independently and efficiently. Key Requirements
Proven experience in gardening and landscape maintenance
Fluent in English
Hard-working, reliable, and self-motivated
Ability to maintain a clean, healthy, and attractive outdoor environment
Knowledge of various plant types, soil conditions, and pest control methods
Experience with gardening tools and equipment operation and maintenance
Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Attention to detail in garden design and plant care
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Understanding of irrigation systems and basic repairs
