Day Sparkle Consultancy Company Limited is recruiting on behalf of a reputable client in the electronics industry for the position of Accountant based in Dar es Salaam. This role is designed for a highly skilled professional who understands financial systems and can efficiently manage a fast-moving inventory-driven environment. The candidate will be expected to step into an existing system and provide immediate value through accurate record-keeping and financial oversight. The salary for this position is TZS 1,000,000 per month.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various accounting duties including multi-currency transactions and rigorous stock control. This position is ideal for someone with practical experience in the electronics industry who is not currently occupied with ongoing CPA studies. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks software
Proficiency in using Tally accounting software
Strong skills in inventory counting and stock control
Deep understanding of multi-currency transactions
Solid knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
MUST NOT be currently studying or pursuing CPA
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, inventory-heavy environment
