ACCOUNTING MANAGER @ DAY SPARKLE
Day Sparkle is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Accounting Manager to lead its financial operations in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's accounting activities, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage a team while maintaining strict adherence to financial regulations and internal policies. The candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the organization's fiscal health and supporting business growth through sound financial management and reporting. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, overseeing cost control initiatives, and ensuring full compliance with Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) regulations. The Accounting Manager will also be expected to utilize accounting systems to generate comprehensive financial reports and provide actionable insights to senior management. Degree in Finance or Accounts
Five Years Management experience
TRA Compliance Knowledge
Cost Control Expertise
Financial Reporting Skills
Accounting Systems Proficiency
Strong leadership and team management abilities

High proficiency in MS Office, specifically Advanced Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
