DataQ Inc is seeking an experienced Staff-level Verification & Validation (V&V) Engineer to lead efforts for cutting-edge general-purpose robotic systems in Austin, TX. Key Requirements
Deep expertise in engineering design verification & validation processes.
Strong experience leading V&V for industrial robots or complex electro-mechanical systems.
Hands-on experience with electronic, mechatronics, or electromechanical product testing.
Expertise in root cause analysis and reliability growth methodologies.
Proven experience designing specialized test equipment and mechanical fixtures.
Hands-on proficiency with thermal chambers, HALT chambers, and shaker tables.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in building and implementing scalable test automation frameworks.
In-depth knowledge of industry safety standards and regulatory requirements for robotics.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex test data and technical metrics.
Experience with power analyzers and electrical diagnostic tools.
Ability to manage product quality documentation and corrective action reports.
