SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST (BA) @ DATACUBE
DataCube is seeking a driven Senior Business Analyst to join our professional team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this key role, you will be responsible for translating complex business needs into impactful technology solutions, acting as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical execution teams. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners and Business Owners to convert business demands into functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring that all technology implementations align with the strategic goals of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess over a decade of experience in business analysis, particularly within Agile and Scrum environments. You will be expected to manage a team of BAs, perform deep-dive enhancements, and contribute to the development of system training artifacts. With a high level of proficiency in database structures and OOP, you will drive the uplift of the organization's BA practices. This role requires a professional who is passionate about driving transformation and delivering measurable business value through analytical prowess and innovative system solutions.
Key Requirements
10-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the relevant specialization.
Comprehensive knowledge of Software Engineering Methodologies like SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile/Scrum.
High level of proficiency in technology like Data base structure and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Proven ability in using Reporting Tools, BPM tools, and Testing tools.
Experience with Requirement management tools and Prototyping tools.
Evidence-based experience in meaningful business impact through analytical prowess.
Proven ability to act as a Senior Product Owner in Agile practices.
Track record of driving uplift in an organization's BA practice.
Capability to liase with PO and BO on converting business demand into technology requirements.
Ability to manage a team of BAs and attract external talent to the organization.
