SENIOR ELECTRICIAN @ DARLING TANZANIA
Darling Tanzania is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems within our factory premises. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly by performing routine inspections and executing timely troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
As a key member of our technical staff, you will ensure all work complies with strict industrial electrical standards and safety practices. You will collaborate closely with various departments to support ongoing maintenance projects and improve factory efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to fault diagnosis and a commitment to operational excellence in an industrial environment.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in industrial or factory electrical work
Strong hands-on experience with electrical systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Solid knowledge of industrial electrical standards and safety practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and technical drawings
Experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and automated systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid electrical technician license or relevant certification
Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting equipment
Strong communication skills for coordinating with other factory departments
