Dar es Salaam Tumaini University is looking for a Lecturer in Journalism & Mass Communication to join our faculty. The candidate will provide high-quality instruction, conduct rigorous research, and engage in service to the department and the wider university community. You will contribute to teaching both core and elective modules in the communication degree programs.

Key Requirements
PhD in Journalism or related field
Master's degree in Journalism
Bachelor's degree in Journalism
Master's GPA 4.0 or higher
Bachelor's GPA 3.5 or higher
3 years teaching and research experience
Curriculum design proficiency
Effective oral and written communication
Commitment to research publishing
Strong organizational skills
