HSE ENGINEER @ DAR AL HANDASAH NAZIH TALEB & PARTNERS (DAR TALEB)
Dar Al Handasah Nazih Taleb & Partners (Dar Taleb) is a leading architecture and engineering consultancy firm providing integrated planning, design, and engineering management services. We are currently recruiting for an experienced HSE Engineer to join our construction supervision projects in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all construction activities adhere to the highest safety and environmental standards established by the firm and local authorities. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing safety protocols on complex building projects, conducting regular site inspections, and ensuring strict compliance with OSHAD and ISO 45001 certifications. You will work closely with the construction supervision team to identify risks and implement effective safety measures. This position requires a professional with a strong technical background in engineering and significant experience in the UAE construction sector to maintain our reputation as an equal opportunity employer committed to excellence in consultancy services.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in construction supervision.
Proven track record of working on building projects.
Possession of OSHAD Certification is mandatory.
Possession of ISO 45001 Certification is required.
Deep knowledge of local UAE health and safety regulations.
Experience in conducting comprehensive safety audits and site inspections.
Strong ability to develop and implement HSE management plans.
Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.
Ability to lead safety meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders.
Expertise in accident investigation and root cause analysis.
