Key Requirements
At least 3–4 years of professional experience in performance marketing.
Proven track record of success working with Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and lead a marketing team.
In-depth expertise in digital advertising platforms, specifically Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and reporting.
Strong understanding of ROI, ROAS, and other key performance indicators.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective team coordination.
Experience in managing and optimizing substantial marketing budgets.
Proficiency in modern marketing analytics tools and attribution software.
Strategic thinking capability to develop long-term growth and scaling roadmaps.
