SALES EXECUTIVE @ D-LIP AFRIFOODS LIMITED
The Sales Executive at D-LIP Afrifoods Limited is a pivotal role focused on driving business growth within the FMCG sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying business opportunities, negotiating deals, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. This role requires active field prospecting, onboarding new distributors, and managing existing accounts across Epe and surrounding Lagos regions to ensure a steady flow of orders and timely payments.
Beyond direct sales, the Sales Executive serves as a frontline representative of the company, providing vital market intelligence to the leadership team by monitoring competitor trends and consumer feedback. The position involves close collaboration with production and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery. Candidates must be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment and possess strong reporting skills to document daily activities and conversion rates effectively while maintaining the brand's professional image at industry events.

Key Requirements
OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG or food industry.
Demonstrated strength in negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal relationship management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for sales tracking and PowerPoint for presentations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation.
Results-driven mindset with the proven ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
Deep knowledge of the Lagos and Epe market dynamics and surrounding commercial regions.
Ability to proactively identify and recruit new distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets.
Skill in monitoring competitor activities and pricing trends to provide regular market reports.
Integrity and discretion in handling sensitive pricing, credit monitoring, and customer data.
