AGILE PEOPLE OPERATIONS (HR) INTERNS @ CULTURELLIGENCE
Culturelligence is offering a 3-month global volunteer internship program for Agile People Operations (HR) Interns, based remotely in Tanzania. This opportunity is designed for students and recent graduates passionate about Human Resources, Talent Management, Employer Branding, and People Operations. Interns will gain practical exposure to people operations practices, recruitment, employer branding, and cross-functional collaboration within an international remote work environment.
Key responsibilities include supporting recruitment processes from screening to offboarding, conducting research on Talent Management and Agile People Operations, preparing reports and strategic insights, and contributing to employer branding initiatives. Interns will also collaborate with global teams on various operational and business projects, supporting the implementation of internal People Operations processes.
Participants will gain hands-on global experience in People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Employer Branding, including practical experience with Agile People Operation methodologies like Kanban and Scrumban. The program offers opportunities to collaborate with international teams and leaders, develop leadership and communication skills, and gain exposure to strategic HR research and process improvement. Successful completion leads to an Internship Completion Certificate, LinkedIn endorsements, professional recommendations, and access to mentorship and networking. High-performing interns may also be considered for future leadership or growth opportunities within the organization.

Key Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a BBA, MBA, Master’s in HR, or related degrees
Strong interest in Agile People Operations, Talent Management, and organizational development
Strong communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced remote environment
Access to a personal computer (laptop) and reliable Internet
Conversational English proficiency required
Proactive and growth-driven individual
Ability to collaborate with global teams
