CTM Tanzania is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Webstore Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is central to our digital expansion strategy, focusing on driving sales growth through our webstore platform. The consultant will be responsible for managing the entire customer journey, from initial inquiry through various digital channels to the final sale, ensuring a seamless and high-quality shopping experience that aligns with our brand standards. Your work will directly impact our revenue targets and customer retention in the competitive retail market. In addition to online responsibilities, the Webstore Sales Consultant will engage with customers via phone and WhatsApp, providing expert product advice and technical support. You will also be expected to assist with in-store interactions, bridging the gap between online and offline retail. By maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professional service, you will help foster long-term customer relationships and uphold CTM Tanzania's reputation as a leader in the industry. Please note that work locations may include various retail branches within Dar es Salaam.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role.
Excellent communication skills, specifically via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Ability to drive and close sales through digital and webstore platforms.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective in-store customer support.
Proficiency in navigating e-commerce software and customer management tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven retail environment.
High level of self-motivation and a proactive approach to lead generation.
Basic understanding of retail inventory and product logistics.
Commitment to delivering a smooth and helpful customer experience.
Fluency in both English and Swahili to cater to a diverse clientele.
