We are currently looking for a skilled Field Technician to join our team in Arusha. As a Field Technician, you will be at the forefront of our operations, installing sophisticated network and security systems, conducting site visits to provide technical support, and ensuring that all installations meet our high-quality standards. You will be responsible for meeting assigned performance targets and providing detailed documentation through timely job reports.

Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in IT, Electrical Engineering, or Welding.
Residency or ability to work based in Arusha, Tanzania.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to learn new technologies and workflows quickly.
Proficiency in basic network configuration and troubleshooting.
Ability to follow detailed technical blueprints and wiring diagrams.
Experience with power tools and hardware installation.
Physical stamina to handle on-site installations and equipment transport.
Ability to manage time effectively to meet daily service targets.
