Crowne Plaza Dar es Salaam is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of all public areas within the hotel, ensuring that our guests receive a world-class hospitality experience from the moment they enter our premises.
Key responsibilities include routine cleaning of lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and other public spaces to uphold our high hygiene and presentation standards. The ideal candidate must be committed to excellence and thrive in a professional hotel environment where teamwork and guest satisfaction are prioritized.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Housekeeping or Public Area Attendant role within a hotel environment
Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences
Must be a local candidate currently based in Tanzania
Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks
Knowledge of industrial cleaning chemicals and equipment
Strict adherence to health and safety regulations
Ability to follow detailed operational checklists
