Crowne Plaza Dar es Salaam is seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist / Reservation agent to join our dedicated front office team. Key Requirements
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a hotel environment
Strong knowledge of Opera PMS is mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Ability to handle guest queries efficiently
Must be a local candidate
Fluency in English and Swahili
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
