We are hiring motivated Helpers to support our team of technicians and engineers during industrial installation, maintenance, and construction activities throughout our Tanzania projects. The role involves hands-on assistance with specialized tools, safe handling of industrial materials, and maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work environment for the whole team.
This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn the industrial trade. You will be working in a collaborative team, gaining exposure to complex engineering environments and providing critical logistical support that ensures projects remain on schedule and within safety boundaries.

Key Requirements
2–3 years of experience in industrial, construction, or maintenance projects.
Ability to assist with equipment handling and general site activities.
Willingness to learn, work in a team, and follow safety guidelines.
Strong physical fitness to handle heavy lifting and manual labor.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
Good understanding of basic industrial tools and equipment usage.
Punctuality and reliability in high-pressure project environments.
Commitment to maintaining site cleanliness and hazard reduction.
Basic knowledge of construction site safety regulations.
Willingness to adapt to changing site operational needs.
