We are seeking a skilled Fitter to join our industrial projects team in Tanzania. This role is essential for the mechanical installation, fitting, alignment, and ongoing maintenance of industrial equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling complex machinery components, executing necessary repairs, and ensuring that all equipment operates safely and efficiently to meet production standards.
Key responsibilities include working closely with engineering teams to interpret technical designs and translating them into functional mechanical systems. You will be expected to maintain high precision during alignment tasks and contribute to the longevity of industrial assets through proactive maintenance protocols and safe operational practices.

Key Requirements
5–6 years of experience in industrial fitting, mechanical erection, or plant maintenance.
Ability to read technical drawings and perform mechanical assembly work.
Experience working with industrial machinery and equipment.
Proficiency in precision measuring instruments and hand tools.
Understanding of preventive maintenance procedures.
Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical systems.
Ability to work in demanding industrial environments.
Valid certification in mechanical engineering or related vocational training.
Knowledge of industrial safety standards and protocols.
Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
