Key Requirements
Proven experience in transport or logistics supervision.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of fleet management systems and GPS tracking.
Ability to coordinate driver schedules and manage workload distribution.
In-depth understanding of transport regulations and compliance.

Strong interpersonal skills for managing a team of drivers.

Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
