WHEEL LOADER OPERATOR @ CR-CONSORTIUM
Operate wheel loaders to move, load, and stockpile construction materials while ensuring efficient production and safe operations. This role focuses on maintaining project inventory stockpiles and assisting with the grading and preparation of construction areas.
Operators are expected to conduct pre-shift equipment checks to ensure optimal machine performance. Safety and precision are paramount, as the wheel loader interacts closely with other construction vehicles on the Uvinza to Musongati SGR project site.

Key Requirements
Valid heavy equipment operator certificate.
At least 3 years of wheel loader operating experience.
Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
Competence in handling varying types of construction aggregates.
Solid understanding of load capacity and balance.
Strong commitment to site safety and hazard identification.
Ability to interpret basic site layouts and instructions.
Excellent hand-eye coordination for precision loading.
Capability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues on-site.
Willingness to follow rigorous project management safety directives.
