EXCAVATOR OPERATOR @ CR-CONSORTIUM
Operate excavators for excavation, trenching, earthworks, and material handling to support railway construction activities. This position is critical for preparing the foundation and structural components of the SGR route.
Successful candidates will be responsible for precise digging, slope protection, and loading transport trucks efficiently. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure work meets the technical specifications of the railway infrastructure project.

Key Requirements
Valid heavy equipment operator certificate.
Minimum 3 years of excavator operation experience.
Experience using hydraulic breakers and maintaining excavator attachments.
Proficiency in precision excavation and slope grading.
Ability to read and interpret construction site plans.
Knowledge of soil stability and site safety standards.
Strict adherence to equipment preventive maintenance schedules.
Strong situational awareness to operate in proximity to other teams.
Demonstrated ability to perform high-volume earthmoving tasks.
Capacity to work in demanding weather conditions.
