Key Requirements
Valid crane operator certification.
Minimum 3 years of crane operating experience.

Proficiency in interpreting load charts and rigging diagrams.
Ability to signal and communicate effectively with rigger teams.
Deep knowledge of crane stability and environmental limitations.
Strict compliance with site-specific safety and project procedures.
Experience with large-scale heavy lift operations.
