Key Requirements
Must be an admitted Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
Possession of a current and valid Practicing Certificate.
Strong background and experience in Commercial Law practice.
Proven experience in Conveyancing and Real Estate transactions.
Demonstrated expertise in Commercial Litigation and dispute resolution.
Exceptional legal research, writing, and drafting capabilities.
Ability to manage complex legal files and meet strict deadlines.
High level of professional integrity and ethical standards.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client management.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and legal strategy.
