This role is based at the Nyati Heavy Mineral Sand site in Mwasonga, Kigamboni. The successful candidate will play a critical role in bridging the communication gap between the Chinese technical team and the local workforce, ensuring that all site operations proceed smoothly and safely.

You will act as the primary liaison between management, the Chinese expatriate staff, and the local laborers, fostering a collaborative work environment. Key Requirements
Fluent in Chinese, English, and Kiswahili
Previous experience as a translator or supervisor in a relevant industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to work effectively in a mining or industrial environment
Proven reliability, discipline, and commitment to teamwork
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures and compliance
Capability to prepare technical site reports and translation records
Effective problem-solving skills to manage cross-team communications
