SALES OFFICER (1 POSITION) @ CQB
CQB is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic team in Tanga. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the brand professionally and ensuring that sales targets are met effectively within the region. The recruitment process is being facilitated by TPPL Dar to ensure the selection of top-tier talent for this critical position. The Sales Officer will collaborate closely with management to align sales strategies with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, performing product demonstrations, and maintaining an up-to-date database of potential leads. Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (BBA) from a recognized institution.
A minimum of three years of proven work experience in a sales or business development role.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) will be given higher consideration.
Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills to close deals.
Ability to conduct comprehensive market research and identify new business trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of the local Tanga market and business environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
