Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA).
Master of Business Administration (MBA) will be given higher consideration.
At least three years of professional experience in sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
Proficiency in developing sales strategies to meet organizational targets.
Ability to work effectively in the Tanga region.
Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis in the business sector.
Excellent negotiation skills for closing deals and securing new business.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
