CQB Agency Ltd is hiring for 7 Sheller positions in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating shelling processes, maintaining production quality, and ensuring production targets are achieved while following workplace safety procedures. Employees must adhere to strict production timelines and report any technical issues to the floor supervisor.
The work environment requires a high level of physical stamina and attention to detail to ensure the output meets the quality standards of our clients. Candidates will be expected to work in a collaborative team setting to maximize efficiency. Salary is TZS 250,000 – 300,000 per month.

Key Requirements
Form Four Certificate (CSEE).
At least 1 year of experience working as a Sheller.
Hardworking, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Able to work effectively in a team and meet production targets.
Ability to follow workplace safety procedures consistently.
Good physical stamina for factory floor tasks.
Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in previous roles.
Basic understanding of mechanical equipment maintenance.
Willingness to follow instructions and operational guidelines.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with production teams.
