QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS) @ CPPTZ RECRUITMENT
CPP is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor (QS) to support critical cost control and quantity measurement activities for major oil and gas pipeline projects. This role involves performing meticulous quantity measurements, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and monitoring project costs to ensure effective budget control throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking variations, monitoring cost performance, and assisting in comprehensive financial reporting and analysis. The salary for this position is TZS 1,300,000 – 1,500,000 (Gross).

Key Requirements
Must be a Tanzanian national (mandatory requirement).
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in oil and gas pipeline cost control and measurement.
High level of proficiency in Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation.
Expertise in using Project Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Excel.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) for professional documentation.
Strong analytical skills for budget monitoring and variance tracking.
Ability to work effectively in a project-based, full-time environment.
Experience in cost reporting and financial performance analysis.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
