EXCAVATOR OPERATOR - 1 POSITION @ CPPTZ
We are looking for a dedicated Excavator Operator to operate earth-moving equipment in the Singida Region. The operator will be responsible for digging, trenching, and moving large amounts of earth or construction materials to support our ongoing development projects. This role demands a high level of operational control and situational awareness to perform tasks accurately in a busy construction site environment.
You will work as part of a dynamic team to ensure that site preparations and earth-moving activities are conducted in accordance with project plans. Safety is our top priority, and the candidate must follow all operational guidelines and maintenance schedules for the excavator. Key Requirements
Must be a Tanzanian citizen.
Valid excavator operator's license or relevant certification.
Relevant experience in large-scale excavation or construction projects.
Willingness to work in the Singida Region.
Strict adherence to workplace safety regulations.
Experience in interpreting site plans and project layouts.
Capability to perform basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance.
Reliability and punctuality in daily work execution.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented project environment.
Physical capability to operate equipment for extended durations.
