SCAFFOLDING SUPERVISOR @ CPECC
We are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to join our team at CPECC for immediate site-based projects in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all scaffolding activities, ensuring that all structures are erected, maintained, and dismantled safely and efficiently according to project requirements. Prior experience with ADNOC and a strong background in the oil and gas industry are essential for this role to meet our rigorous operational and safety standards.
The Scaffolding Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining site safety by performing regular inspections and leading the scaffolding crew on-site. You must be able to communicate effectively with project managers and other site personnel to ensure timelines are met without compromising safety protocols. Key Requirements
Prior experience working on ADNOC sites is mandatory.
Significant experience in the oil and gas construction sector.
Valid Scaffolding Supervisor certification and qualifications.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards.
Ability to inspect and certify scaffolding structures for safe use.
Proven experience in managing and training a team of scaffolders.
Skills in reading and interpreting complex scaffolding design drawings.
Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively in challenging outdoor site environments.
