CPCL Company is hiring a Health and Safety Specialist for the Dodoma Inner Ring Road Project under the TACTICS Programme. The company places a high priority on the well-being of its workforce and the local community during the 3-year construction period.
The Health and Safety Specialist will ensure that all construction activities are executed in strict compliance with OSHA standards. The role involves conducting regular site safety audits, training staff on safety protocols, and maintaining a hazard-free work environment.

Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
Must be professionally recognized by OSHA
Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience
At least 2 similar infrastructure projects in the last 5 years
Demonstrated experience with World Bank safety standards
Proficiency in developing and implementing site safety manuals
Ability to conduct daily hazard identification and risk assessments
Strong leadership skills for enforcing safety compliance on-site
Emergency response planning and training capabilities
Excellent reporting and record-keeping skills for incident management
